Section 11: Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"the chairman" means the chairman of the Board, appointed under section 3 of this Act;
"fertilizer" includes pesticides and insecticides;
"functions" includes powers and duties;
"the Minister" means the Minister charged with responsibility for matters relating to Agriculture.
