Section 39: Main transmission lines excluded from rates.

(1) Main transmission lines shall not be regarded as hereditaments or tenements to be valued for rating purposes.
(2) In this section, "main transmission lines" includes power generating stations, transformer sub-stations and similar installations, but does not include residential buildings.
