Section 41: Limitation as to award of contracts.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other enactment or law to the contrary, any contract relating to any project of a value of not less than two hundred thousand naira shall be referred by the Authority to the President for approval through the Minister before any award of such contract is made.
