Section 8: Meeting and quorum, etc., of National Committee

(1) The National Committee shall meet at such times and places as the Minister may direct, but in any case not less than once a year.
(2)
The quorum for meetings of the National Committee shall be ten.
(3) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the National Committee may regulate its own proceedings.
(4) A member of the National Committee other than an ex-officio member shall hold office for a term of four years and shall be eligible for reappointment.
