Section 10: Functions of the National Consultative Group

The functions of the National Consultative Group shall be to-(a) advise on and assist in the co-ordination of the implementation of the National Population Policy for development, unity, progress and self-reliance;
(b) advise on, improve on and approve strategies and budgets for the implementation of all population programmes;
(c) assist the Agency in the evaluation of population programmes; and
(d) approve operational reports.
