Section 6: Powers of the Board
1993Section 6 of 26•Federal Republic of Nigeria
The Board shall have power-(a) to carry out the functions of the Agency under this Act;
(b) to specify the management system of the Agency; and
(c) to do such other things as are necessary for the successful performance of its functions under this Act.
