Section 12: Functions of the State Consultative Committee

The State Consultative Committee shall-(a)
advise on and assist in the co-ordination of the implementation of the National Population Policy for development, unity, progress and self-reliance;
(b) advise on, define and approve strategies and budgets for the implementation of all population programmes;
(c) assist the State Ministry of Health in the evaluation of population programmes in the State; and
(d) approve operational reports.
