Section 49: Mode of declaration

(1)
A declaration required by this part shall be made before any Notary Public or Commissioner for Oaths.
(2)
A declaration required by this part may be made on behalf of a corporation by the Secretary or by any other officer of the corporation authorised by the corporation for the purpose.
