Section 48: Power of Registrar to dispense with declarations and other evidence
Where a person is required to make a declaration under this part of this Act on behalf of himself or any corporation and produce any evidence to the Registrar, and it is shown to the satisfaction of the Registrar that for a reasonable cause the person is unable to make the declaration, or that the evidence cannot be produced,
the Registrar may, with the approval of the Minister, and on the production of any such other evidence and subject to such terms as the Minister thinks fit, dispense with the declaration or evidence.
