Section 365: Duty to remove hazardous wrecks

(1)
If the Receiver of Wreck determines that the wreck constitutes a hazard, he shall immediately so inform the shipowner.
(2)
The shipowner shall remove a wreck determined to constitute a hazard.
(3)
The shipowner, or another interested party, shall provide the Receiver of Wreck with evidence of financial security.
