Section 330: Alterations between surveys

Where any alteration or reconstruction of a Nigerian ship is made that could affect the ship's classification, measurement, tonnage or load line, the owner or master of the ship shall, within thirty days alter the completion of the alteration or reconstruction, advise the Agency or the alteration or reconstruction and give him detaiIs of such alteration or reconstruction.
