Section 3: Retturn as to merchant shipping, etc to the Minister
2007Section 3 of 445•Federal Republic of Nigeria
All Consular officers of Nigeria abroad, the Nigerian Ports Authority, officers
of the Nigerian Customs Service and the superintendent of Seafarer Services Office
shall make and send to the Minister such returns or reports on any matter relating to
merchant shipping and seamen as the Minister may require.
