Section 292: Certificates issued under the Load Line

(1)
An International Load Line Certificate may be issued to every ship which has been surveyed and marked in accordance with the Load Line Convention.
(2)
An International Load Line Exemption Certificate may be issued to any ship to which an exemption has been granted in accordance with the Load Line Convention.
