Section 18: Strangers may be removed on orders of President or Speaker.
The President or Speaker as the case may be, of Legislative House may at any time, order any stranger in respect of that House to withdraw from the Chamber and precincts of the House, and if any such person shall fail to obey such order he may be forcibly removed from the Chamber and precincts of the House by any officer of the House and no proceedings shall lie in any court against the President or Speaker, as the case may be, or such officer in respect of such removal.
