Section 220: Penalty for contravention.

Any securities exchange, capital trade point, director, official or employees of the securities exchange or the capital trade point, who contravenes any of the provisions of this part of this Act, shall be liable to a penalty of N1,000,000 and a further sum of N25,000 for every day during which the contravention continues.
