Section 218: Subrogation.

On payment out of an investor protection fund of any monies in respect of any claim under this part of this Act, the board of trustees of an investor protection fund shall be subrogated, to the extent of the payment made out of the investor protection fund, to all the rights and remedies of the claimant in relation to the loss suffered by him.
