Section 58: Limitation on amount received by person with insurable interest.
Subject to the provisions of any other written law or enactment, where a person has an insurable interest in the life or event insured, he shall not be entitled to receive from the insurer an amount greater than that of the value of the interest of the insured in such life or other event.
