Section 71: Indemnity of officers.

A member of the Board, the Executive Secretary or any officer or employee of the Council shall be indemnified out of the assets of the Council against any liability suffered or incurred by him in defending any proceedings, whether civil or criminal, brought against him in his capacity, in pursuance or in execution of this Act, as a member of the Board, Executive Secretary, officer or employee of the Council.
