Section 75: -

2011Section 75 of 79•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Any reference made to the Nigerian Accounting Standards Board as provided under Section 335 (1) of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, and any other related or relevant legislation shall be construed to refer to the Financial Reporting Council established under Section 1(1) of this Act.
