Section 20: Fund of the University.

1 There shall be a general fund of the University into which shall be paid-
a revenue accruing to the University by way of subvention;
b internally generated revenue (IGR);
c gifts, aid, grants, donations and investments; and
d other funds as provided in extant laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2 The University shall establish and maintain financial accounts with Commercial Banks in Nigeria into which shall be paid and credited-
a all budgetary allocations and subventions from the Federal Government; and
b all sums accruing to the University from other source.
