Section 21: Exclusion of discrimination.

1 A person shall not, as a condition for becoming or continuing to be a student in the University, holder of any degree, appointment or employment in the University, or member of any body established by virtue of this Act, be required to satisfy requirements as to race, including ethnic grouping, sex, place of birth, family origin, religious or political persuasion.

2 A person shall not be subjected to any disadvantage or accorded any advantage in relation to the University by reference to any of the matters referred to in subsection (1).
