Section 29: Repeal of Cap. 141 LFN, 1990 and Act No. 35 of 1992.

(1) The following Acts are hereby repealed namely:
(a) (a) Federal Road Safety Commission Act, CAP 141 Laws of the Federation 1990; and
(b) (b) Act No 35, 1992.
(2) Without Prejudice to this Act, the National Road Traffic Regulations 2004 remain in force until a new regulation is made pursuant to this Act.
