Section 22: Appointment of other staff of the College, who are not principal officers

(1) The Council may appoint other persons to be employees of each College as the Council may determine, to assist the Provost and other principal officers of each College, to perform of their functions under this Act.
(2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the remuneration, tenure of office and Conditions of service of the employees of the Colleges, shall be determined by the Council, in consultation with the Federal Ministry of Education and the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission.
