Section 22: Interpretation

In this Act-
"Chairman" means the Chairman of the Council;
"College" means the Federal College of Education (Technical), Keana, Nasarawa State established under section (1) of this Act;
"Council" means the Governing Council of the College established under section 2 of this Act;
"function" includes powers and duties;
"Minister" means the Minister charged with the responsibility of education;
"member" means a member of the Council including the Chairman; and
"Provost" means the Provost of the College appointed under section 10 of this Act.
