Section 16: Pensions
2022Section 16 of 23•Federal Republic of Nigeria
Service in the College shall be approved service for the purpose of the Pension Reform Act and accordingly, officers and other persons employed in the College shall be entitled to pensions, gratitude and other retirement benefit as may be prescribed in their respective letters of appointment.
