Section 15: Other employees of the College

(1) The Council may appoint other persons to be employees of the College as the Council may deem to assist the Provost and the principal officers in the performance of their functions.
(2) The remuneration, tenure of office and condition of service of the employee of the College shall be determined by the Council in consultation with the Federal Civil Service Commission.
