Section 2: Governing Council of the College

(1) The governance and direction of the College affairs shall rest in the governing Council of the college (in the Act referred to as the Council).
(2) The Council shall have the responsibility to consider and approve the-
(a) programme of studies to be undertaken in the College;
(b) annual estimates of the College; and
(c) investment plan of the College.
(3) The provision of the Schedule to this Act shall have effect with respect to the Council as mentioned.
