Section 7: Visitation

(1) The Minister responsible for education shall be the Visitor of the College.
(2) The Visitor shall, at least once in every five years, conduct a visitation to the College or appoint a visitation panel consisting of at least five experts to conduct the visitation for-
(a) the purpose of evaluating the academic and administrative performance of the College; or
(b) such other purpose as the Visitor may think fit.
