Section 1: Establishment of Federal College of Education (Technical), Keana, Nasarawa State

(1) There is established the Federal College of Education (Technical), Keana, Nasarawa State (in this Act referred to as "the College").
(2) The College-
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and common seal;
(b) may acquire, hold and dispose of interest in movable and immovable properties; and
(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
