Section 20: Annual reports.

The Council shall, immediately after the expiration of each Financial year, prepare and submit to the Minister a report of its activities during the immediate proceeding financial year and shall include in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the College for that year and of the auditor's report of the accounts.
