Section 14: Other employees of the College.

(1) The Council may appoint other persons to be employees of the College to assist the Provost and the Principal Officers in the performance of their functions.
(2) The remuneration, tenure of office and condition of services of the employees of the College shall be determined by the Council in conjunction with the Federal Civil Service Commission.
