Section 18: Power to accept gifts.

2021Section 18 of 22•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The College may accept gifts or loan, money or other property upon such terms and conditions as may be specified by the person making the gifts.
(2) The College shall not accept any gift if the conditions attached to the gift are inconsistent with the functions of the College.
