Section 4: Tenure of Office of Members of the Council.

(1)
A member of the Council (other than an ex-officio member) shall hold office for a term of four years and may be eligible for reappointment for a further period of four years.
(2)
The office of a member appointed under section 3 of this Act shall become vacant if -
(a)
the member resigns his office by notice in writing under his hand, addressed to the Minister ; or
(b)
the Minister is satisfied that it is not in the interest of the College for the person appointed to continue in office and shall notify the member in writing to that effect.
