Section 1: Establishment Of Federal Capital Territory College Of Education

(1)
There is established for the Federal Capital Territory the College of Education (in this Act referred to as the "College") which shall have such powers and exercise such functions as are conferred on it by this Act.
(2)
The College -
(a)
shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common Seal ; and
(b)
may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
