Section 2: Governing Council of the College

(1)
There is established for the College the Governing Council (in this Act referred to as "the Council") which shall be responsible for the consideration and approval of -
(a)
the plan of activities of the College ;
(b)
the programme of studies, courses, and research to be undertaken by the College ;
(c)
the annual estimates of the College ; and
(d)
the investigation plans of the College.
(2)
The provisions of the Schedule to this Act shall have effect with respect to the Council as specified therein.
