Section 22: Offices and Premises.

(1)
For the purposes of providing offices and premises necessary for the performance of its functions, the Council may -
(a)
purchase any interest in or take on lease any land ; and
(b)
build, equip and maintain offices and premises.
(2)
The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, sell any interest in or lease any land, office or premises held by it and no longer required for the performance of its function.
