Section 21: Annual Reports.

The Council shall, after the expiration of each financial year, prepare annual reports and submit to the Minister a report of its activities during the immediate proceeding financial year and shall include in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the College for that year and of the auditor's report on the accounts.
