Section 34: Liability of a supplier nominated by a lessor

Subject to the general law of contract and the provision of any written law in that respect, a supplier or manufacturer of leased equipment nominated by a lessor is liable to the lessee for any material defect or for a non-fitness of a supplied equipment; but shall not be liable to both lessor lessee in respect of the same equipment.
