Section 37: Notice for non-payment of rentals and redemption

Where the lessee defaults in the payments of rentals due under a lease agreement, the lessor may serve the lessee a default notice as in Form B the First Schedule to this Act giving the lessee not less than 14 days within which to remedy the default so far as the default may be remedied.
