Section 36: Assessment by review panel
A review panel shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Decree and its terms of reference-(a) ensure that the information required for an assessment by a review panel is obtained and made available to the public;
(b) hold hearing in a manner that offers the public an opportunity to participate in the assessment;
(c) Prepare a report setting out-
(i) the conclusions and recommendations of the panel relating to the environmental effects of the project and any mitigation measures or follow-up program, and
(ii) a summary of any comments received from the public; and
(d) Submit the report to the Council and the Agency.
