Section 40: Design and implementation
(1)
Where the Agency takes a course of action pursuant to section 39(1)(a) of this Act it shall, in accordance with this Act, design any follow-up programme that it considers appropriate for the project and arrange for the implementation of that programme.
(2) The Agency shall advise the public of-
(a) its course of action in relation to the project;
(b) any mitigation measure to be implemented with respect to the adverse environmental effects of the project;
(c)
the extent to which the recommendations set out in any report submitted by a mediator or a review panel have been adopted; and
(d)
any follow-up programme designed for or in the pursuant to subsection (1) of this section.
