Section 35: Appointment of review panel

Where a project is referred to a review panel, the Council shall, in consultation with the Agency-(a) appoint as members of the panel including the Chairman thereof, persons who, in the opinion of the Council, possess the required knowledge or experience; and
(b) fix the terms of reference of the panel.
