Section 64: General duties of licensee.

(1) A licensee shall comply with the provisions of its license, regulations, codes, orders and other requirements issued by the Commission.
(2) Unless stayed by a Court of competent jurisdiction, each licensee shall duly implement or follow, as tire case may be, the Commission's orders and written notices, notwithstanding that the licensee has or may intend to take legal action challenging any such order or notice.
