Section 62: Exemption from Liability for the Commission.

Liability shall not attach to the Commission or to any employee of the Commission or to a Commissioner for any loss or damage sustained by any person as a result of the exercise in good faith or performance of any function which, is conferred upon the Commission or the Commissioners.
