Section 60: Reports of the Commission.

(1) In addition to any report which the Commission is required by this Act to submit to the Minister, the Commission shall submit to the Minister such other report as the Minister considers advisable.
(2) The Minister shall publicly release any reports submitted under subsection (1), within two months following the receipt of such a report.
