Section 106: Notice of summons.

A notice, summons or other documents required or authorised to be served upon the N-HYPPADEC under the provisions of this Act or any other law or enactment may be served by delivering it to the Managing Director or by sending it by registered post and addressed to the Managing Director at the principal office of the N-HYPPADEC.
