Section 104: Directives by the President.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the President may give to the N-HYPPADEC directives of a general nature or relating generally to matters or policy with regards to the performance of its functions and the N-HYPPADEC shall comply with the directives.
(2) the N-HYPPADEC shall, with the approval of the President make regulations generally for the purpose of giving effect to this Act.
