Section 102: Establishment of the Monitoring Committee.

(1) There is established for the N-HYPPADEC a Monitoring Committee which shall consist of such number of persons as the President may deem fit to appoint from the Public or Civil Service of the Federation.
(2) The Monitoring Committee shall -
(a) monitor the management of the Fund of the N-HYPPADEC and the implementation of the projects of the N-HYPPADEC; and
(b) have access to the books of accounts and other records of the N- HYPPADEC at all times and submit periodical reports to the President.
