ELECTIONS (REGISTRATION, ETC. OF VOTERS) ACT
Section 6: Display of the existing register of voters.
(1) The registration officer shall display the existing register of voters for a period of not less than 21 days at each registration centre or such other places within the constituency as the Commission thinks fit.
(2) Any person eligible to register whose name is omitted in the existing register may apply within the 21 days of the display of the existing register, by notice in writing to the registration centre in Form EC2 in the Schedule to this Act, to have his name and address inserted in the preliminary list.
