Section 3: Registration cards.

(1) The Commission shall issue registration cards in Form. EC.1G in the Schedule to this Act to persons included in the preliminary list. [Schedule]
(2) Each such registration card shall be numbered, bear the stamp of the Commission and any relevant particulars as may be required by the Commission.
(3) The Commission may design new registration cards from time to time as it thinks fit and such new registration cards shall be the valid authority for voting at any election.
